In celebration of the XLIX World Day of Peace, Pope Francis issued a special message in which he urged us “to make compassion, love, mercy and solidarity a true way of life” and reaffirmed his call for the end of the death penalty and better treatment of prisoners. Inspired by our Holy Father’s words and in the spirit of the new year, Catholic Mobilizing has compiled a list of four resolutions we can all take to heart as we reflect on the quest for peace in a sometimes challenging world.
