Kristin Froehlich lost her brother to murder in 1995. An avid speaker and advocate against the death penalty, Kristin is a past Board of Directors Member for the Murder Victims Families for Reconciliation and currently serves on the Board of Delaware Citizens Opposed to the Death Penalty. Kristin actively works to join with other Catholics and those of other faiths to find more effective responses to murder. She speaks to others about the empty promise of the death penalty – in particular how it doesn’t heal murder victims’ families, restore communities or keep us safe.
