Caitlin Smith is an Arlington transplant and member of the L’Arche Greater Washington D.C., pictured here with Fritz Schloss. With a degree in international peace studies, Caitlin seeks to bring the academic examination of the sources of conflict and methods of preventing and resolving harm into everyday life through her work in human resources, and in her home and neighborhood. She and her husband live with their three young children in between the banks of harmony and chaos; together they spend most of their time preparing snacks, enjoying snacks, and cleaning up after snacks.
