Anne brings together a unique combination of conflict resolution and restorative justice principles and practices to support those seeking a better way to work through harm, conflict, disagreements, and misunderstandings. Working with faith-based communities, higher education and schools, and community groups, her practice is based on the belief that repairing and building healthy relationships should be the primary focus for finding transformative solutions to harmful, confusing, and difficult conflict situations. Her work is rooted in Peacemaking Circles, an indigenous process designed to address the underlying influences that are harming individuals, families, and groups of people within our communities. Anne is currently a consultant with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, working with the Restorative Justice Department to implement a Healing Circle program for those who have lost a loved one to homicide or severe violence.
