I cannot log into my user profile, can you send my login information?
Upon completing your conference registration, you will have received an email with a link to set up your user profile. If you have not seen this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you cannot locate your account setup email, please visit the Set Password Page and follow the instructions to receive a new email.
I am registering on behalf of multiple people, will they receive the confirmation emails?
For technical reasons, we recommend that each participant register themselves individually. However, if this is not possible...
As the person administering the payment, you will receive the registration confirmations and e-receipts for all participants. Each individual attendee will receive a confirmation email with instructions to set up their user profile for the conference within two business days of submitting the registrations.
I cannot locate my registration receipt email, can you re-send it?
Yes. Please send an email with this request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, please be sure to check your spam folder to ensure that conference emails are not being routed there.
How do I access the conference talks (live or recordings)?
During the week of the conference, the Zoom link/access information will appear on each session's page at the time that the session begins. Recordings will also be added to respective session webpages as soon as organizers are able to upload them.
I have to miss part of the conference, will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and posted to the website for later viewing. You will be able to watch any sessions that you may have missed and come back to them later for reference.
Can I attend the conference if I am not Catholic?
Absolutely! This conference was created with a Catholic audience in mind and welcomes experiences and perspectives of non-Catholics in learning, dialogue, and collaboration. We also hope that discussions here may be transferrable to other faith communities and institutions.
Do I need to pre-select my workshops ahead of time?
You're encouraged to read through descriptions in advance. However, attendees do not need to designate workshop preferences ahead of the conference.
