Marco Raposo is the director of the Diocesan Peace & Justice Ministry for the Diocese of El Paso, which includes the RESTORATIVE JUSTICE MINISTRY For the last 12 years, Marco has directed the office through prayer, education, advocacy, and service to respond to the many social justice challenges within our diocese.  During this time, with the help of Pat Delgado as chair of the RJ Steering Committee, they have promoted the understanding and application of Restorative Justice that encompasses victims, offenders, and the community. Marco studied Philosophy in Sao Paulo-Brazil, Theology in Rome-Italy, and Intercultural Communication in San Bernardino-California. He has been in ministry for over 35 years, in four different countries.
