Bill currently coordinates an RJ program for the Northern Virginia Mediation Service. It provides services to the Fairfax County Police, Juvenile Court, and Schools (13th largest school district in the country). Bill also serves as a principal member of Restorative Arlington, an initiative launched in 2020 to implement a wide variety of restorative practices in Arlington County courts, schools and the community.

Bill worked for 34 years in Federal Government executive and management positions where he was responsible for managing a wide variety of employment programs. He ended his professional career in 2004. He received a B.A. (Philosophy) from Villanova University, an M.A. (Theology) from Augustinian College in Washington, D.C., and a Master’s Degree (Public Administration) from the University of Southern California.

Bill and his wife Kristine reside in Alexandria, VA. He has been married for 47 years and has three children and three grandchildren.
