Deacon Denny Davis is from Burbank, South Dakota. He is a permanent Deacon in the Sioux Falls Diocese and was ordained in 1983 in the Omaha, NE Diocese. He has been a part of the Deacon Mission Partners with Maryknoll for three years now and is honored to be part of this group.

In the Diocese he works in the SD prisons on a team that conducts the Alternatives to Violence Program. It is a Quaker program that teaches non-violent alternatives to the inmates in order to experience a more peaceful life in prison and out. He is also a Hospice Chaplain and is the director of South Dakotans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty. Our goal is to abolish the death penalty in South Dakota.
