Fred LaPuzza is the Director for the Office of Restorative Justice, Catholic Diocese of Orange, California.  Fred has been ministering to incarcerated populations in the O.C. Jails and Juvenile Detention Facilities for the past 32 years.  Fred received a Certificate in Biblical Studies and an Advanced Level Master Catechist Certification from the Institute for Pastoral Ministry, Diocese of Orange.  He is a recipient of the Orange County Violence Prevention Coalition’s Ambassador of Peace Award for his work in Detention Ministry and Street Gang Intervention. Fred served 15 years as a Lay Missionary with the community of Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity, serving the most poor and abandoned in Orange County and Tijuana Mexico barrios.
