Gina Gutierrez Karp, M.Ed brings 25 years of classroom teaching and school leadership to her dual work identities as a Senior Professional Development Specialist for the New York State Education Department and an independent consultant based in San Diego. Gina consults, trains and facilitates in the field of Restorative Justice Practices with educators, school leaders, youth social service agencies and juvenile criminal justice organizations. She is a member of the University of San Diego Center for Restorative Justice training team and is a volunteer facilitator for San Diego’s Restorative Justice Mediation Program and CoSA San Diego (Circles of Support and Accountability).
