
Samuel Johnson, Sr. was released from San Quentin after serving 26 years of a life sentence. Inside, Sam became known as a peacemaker and facilitator, and was highly-respected by fellow inmates and staff alike. Sam continues to be a leader in his community, working with youth in his church and his community. He is an UnCommon Law alumnus and Board member and has also served as the Housing Coordinator for Impact Justice's innovative reentry housing program, The Homecoming Project.
