What would our culture look like if all children grew up with restorative practices from their first days of school? The use of restorative practices in schools is growing throughout the country to build community, improve school climate, and address discipline.

Drawing on their experiences, presenters will share models of restorative practices in schools that are centered on principles of accountability, compassion, forgiveness, and peacemaking. The discussion will also explore how student leadership and administrative support are key ingredients in implementing restorative justice in schools - in person or virtually.
