About CSMG

Connect with current and emerging leaders working to witness to life and justice in their communities. The Gathering will be an important collaborative opportunity to bring together colleagues who work on issues impacting life and human dignity across the spectrum such as the death penalty, human trafficking, restorative justice, and issues impacting families such as migration, violence, and poverty.

Dynamic and thought-provoking plenary presentations, briefings, and workshops awaken you to how we as a Church are called to dialogue and witness to unity as we work together towards the common good. Then, raise your voice in advocacy with members of Congress.

CMN will be represented at a CSMG exhibitor's table, as well as featured in the following events:

Keynote Presentation, Saturday, January 25 3:00-4:00 PM

Opening Remarks from Cardinal Blase  J. Cupich, Archbishop of Chicago.
Personal Testimony from Terri Steinberg, mother of a wrongfully convicted prisoner previously on death row.

Community Workshops: Group A5, Sunday, January 26 3:30-4:45 PM

Catholic Mobilizing Network and Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation Present:
Restorative Justice at the Crossroads: Opportunities for Restorative Justice in Individual, Community, and Systemic Transformation
