This gathering welcomes individuals who have some level of experience with restorative justice practices. This can include participating in a prior restorative justice training, circle intensive, introductory workshop, or discernment retreat.

Bring your experience, questions, and favorite resources for mutual learning!

Theme: RJ & Me: What do I bring to the table?

We each have a variety of gifts and talents to bring to the work of restorative justice. Likewise, successful implementation of restorative practices calls for a variety of people and strengths to take root in institutions and society. As in a body, the different parts are necessary, interconnected, and equally worthy.

In this Deepening Circle, we will support one another to discern how to engage collaboratively and create more restorative environments wherever we may be.

"For in fact the body is not one member but many. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? ... But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased."
1 Corinthians 12:14-18

Co-Facilitators

In these Deepening Circles, we welcome the experiences and wisdom of every person who attends. Caitlin Morneau, CMN's Director of Restorative Justice, and Lucie Martinot-Lagarde, CMN's Restorative Justice Program Associate, will serve as co-facilitators for the session. Fellow RJ Ministry community members will serve as small group circlekeepers.
