Dominique Ray
Dominique Ray is scheduled to be executed on February 7, 2019 in Alabama for the 1995 murder of 15-year old Tiffany Harville.
In 2016, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Mr. Ray’s death sentence despite his lawyers’ arguing that his original trial counsel had failed to bring forth mitigating evidence concerning his traumatic childhood, intellectual deficiencies, and history of steroid abuse.
Advocate for clemency for Dominique Ray by sending a letter to Governor Kay Ivey. We invite you to voice your opposition and demand that the state of Alabama respect the dignity of all life with this prepared letter. You are welcome and encouraged to customize this letter.
