Are you a young Catholic poet between the ages of 18-30? Are you passionate about justice and ending the death penalty?

Enter CMN’s Justice & Mercy Poetry Contest for Young Catholics with an original poem about the injustice of capital punishment to be eligible to win up to $1,000 in cash.

Our judges will review submitted poems, and winners will be announced by early June. Thanks for entering!

Contest Prizes

First Place – The first-place winner of the poetry contest will receive a $1,000 cash prize and their poem will be published on CMN’s website and social media. 

Second Place – The second-place winner of the poetry contest will receive a $500 cash prize and their poem will be published on CMN’s website and social media.

Third Place – The third-place winner of the poetry contest will receive a $300 cash prize and their poem will be published on CMN’s website and social media.
