Most Reverend Daniel E. Flores was ordained for the Diocese of Corpus Christi in January 1988. He served as Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Detroit before being installed as the Sixth Bishop of Brownsville in 2010. Bishop Flores serves the USCCB as Chairman of the Committee on Cultural Diversity in the Church. He also serves as Episcopal Advisor to Catholic Mobilizing Network.
The Reverend Carlos L Malavé is Executive Director of Christian Churches Together in the USA. Carlos previously served for 10 years as Associate for Ecumenical Relations at the Office of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church. He began his pastoral ministry in Puerto Rico and also served as pastor for several years in the Southern California. He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has lived for the last 32 years in the States.
Krisanne Vaillancourt Murphy is the Executive Director of Catholic Mobilizing Network. Krisanne has 25 years of experience working in national level, faith-based policy advocacy. For more than a decade, Krisanne served as the senior church relations staff at Bread for the World. She is co-author of Advocating for Justice: An Evangelical Vision for Transforming Systems and Structures. In the late 90’s Krisanne was an associate with the Latin America Working Group, one of the nation’s longest standing religious coalitions dedicated to a just foreign policy in the region.
