Bob Stump was an organization development and change consultant for over 30 years. More recently, he has been an active volunteer to a variety of not-for-profit organizations including Holy Trinity Parish in Washington, DC where he co-chairs the restorative justice committee. He is working with a number of groups seeking ways to promote racial healing. During CMN’s first 10 years he facilitated a number of planning sessions for the Board and staff.
