STOP the Execution of Charles Crawford
Please contact Governor Tate Reeves and urge him to stop the execution of Charles Crawford.
Mississippi intends to execute Charles Crawford on October 15, 2025 for the 1993 murder of Kristy Ray.
We oppose this execution as we do every execution. Capital punishment is an act of state sanctioned violence that violates the sacred dignity of every human life. In the words of Saint Pope John Paul II, “The dignity of human life must never be taken away, even in the case of someone who has done great evil.”
Charles’s inexperienced trial lawyers conceded his guilt over his express and timely objections. The Mississippi Supreme Court refused to hear the merits of the case and so Charles’s legal team has now brought this case to the United States Supreme Court.
Contact Gov. Reeves today and urge him to do everything in his power to stop the execution of Charles Crawford.
