Art Laffin is a member of the Dorothy Day Catholic Worker in Washington, D.C., where he lives with his wife and son. He has long been active in faith-based nonviolent movements for peace and social justice. A murder victim family member, he is part of the Journey of Hope--From Violence to Healing. He is author of a new edition of The Risk of the Cross: Living Gospel Nonviolence in the Nuclear Age and co-editor of Swords into Plowshares.
