Donna is the Assistant Director for African American Affairs in the Secretariat of Cultural Diversity in the Church at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. She also serves as an Advisor on the National Black Catholic Congress Board of Trustees, and an affiliate member of both the National Association of Black Catholic Administrators and the Black Catholic Theological Symposium.

A native Washingtonian, she is the mother of three wonderful young adults who are doing good things.
