Conversations in Communion: Women Religious

February 12, 2026 @ 12:00 pm March 5, 2026 @ 3:00 pm EST

This February, Catholic Mobilizing Network will host a special focused training cohort with Women Religious. We hope that you will join us!

As Women Religious, we are called to be instruments of unity and promoters of communion by educating all Catholics on the issues and needs of those less fortunate. We do so through service and a restorative justice lens.

Conversations in Communion: Parish Dialogues for Connection and Understanding is a formation program that equips Catholics to foster a culture of encounter, listening, and discernment through the restorative practice of circle process. The facilitator guide and virtual training prepare leaders to plan, introduce, and facilitate these synodal processes throughout ministry life.

You’ll come away from this training with:

  • Concrete guidance for crafting various types of synodal circle processes
  • Your own completed plan for hosting a Conversation in Communion
  • And fresh ideas for building relationships, support, and openness to participation.

Who is it for?

This training is ideal for women religious who wish to foster a spirit of Synodality in and with the communities they lead. It is best suited for individuals who are currently active in a parish, diocesan, or community-based ministry group.
