Patricia Wright
Patricia Wright is a passionate advocate for justice and a senior at Marquette University, where she is pursuing a degree in Communication Studies and Criminology and Law Studies. Patricia’s interest in restorative justice stems from her belief in healing, reconciliation, and community building, rather than one of punishment and retribution. This is Patricia’s second year actively teaching restorative practices to students within the Milwaukee Public School system.
As a summer intern for Catholic Mobilizing Network (CMN), Patricia has supported the organization’s mission to end the death penalty and promote restorative justice principles. Her internship has given her firsthand insight into how faith communities can become agents of change and healing. Patricia is excited by the idea
of a future career dedicated to this work. She believes that a faith-based approach to justice has the unique power to transform not only our legal systems but also our hearts and communities. Patricia is a dedicated young leader excited to continue exploring the intersection of faith and justice.
