CMN invites you to join in two Virtual Prayer Vigils as the federal government's prepares to execute William LeCroy (Sept. 22) and Christopher Vialva (Sept. 24). Together we will hold in prayer Mr. LeCroy's and Mr. Vialva's victims (Joann Lee Tiesler, Todd Bagley, and Stacie Bagley), their loved ones, and all those who will be impacted by these acts of state-sanctioned violence.

On July 14, 2020, the federal government resumed the practice of executions for the first time after a 17-year hiatus. Since then, the currrent administration has taken the lives of five people — more than doubling the total number of executions carried out by the federal government during the 57 years prior to the 2020 restart
