What would our culture look like if all young people grew up with restorative practices from their first days of school?
The use of restorative practices in schools is growing throughout the country to build community, improve school climate, and address discipline. RJ Educators will join us to will give a brief overview of the school-to-prison pipeline and discuss key considerations for implementing restorative justice in educational settings.
In small group circles, we will reflect upon opportunities to integrate or support restorative approaches in our respective schools or institutions. We will also share favorite resources for further learning about RJ in Education.

They are recommended for individuals who have some level of experience with restorative justice practices. This can include participating in a prior restorative justice training or introductory workshop, or a circle intensive.
